    It is possible you don't have all leve areas turned in. You can't get a leve quest for something you haven't yet unlocked through one of your fighting classes.

    And where would I go to unlock these with my fighting class? I have a 50 Paladin and my armorer is lvl 17 and all I see is delver 1 of something. I dont see any leves for 3
