Instanced housing would eliminate this crap. The entire 21st ward on Chuchulainn is literally owned by the same person/group and its obvious.

Housing should be universal!
1 per player upon rank.
upgradable with gil

free company housing should be available upon rank
also upgradable with gil and locked behind rank (maybe)

This is beyond unfair and the current system (lottery joke) does not stop this crap from happening.
