I love it
Square Enix absolutely could take the opportunity to improve the hairstyles to make them better & design better hairstyles

I do agree with the video saying that it should be square enix's job to fix these issues & it not be left to modders to improve these certain functions.

(for those curious not willing to watch the video, the video highlights the glaring issues with hairstyles, the lack of well designed hairstyles, the laziness of the XIV team towards Viera & Hrothgar not being able to properly wear hairstyles- the influx of just poorly done short hairstyles from over the years- Lyse's hair being the only good hairstyle given to us in such a long time, yet we can't even edit out the hairband in that hair. Just more shortsightedness- and then modders come in & save the day by making improvements players are still asking Yoshi-P's team to do. I am not condoning the use of mods, but it's sad that a company that obviously makes enough money can't properly give QoL updates to FFXIV's character creator & the races we play within it but modders on their free time, not being paid can.)
