Why lyse is not kicked out of scions for being hot headed

Also, you forgot two very important parts of the Scions, and their roles:
Tataru as the accountant and administrator; god knows how many organizations would fall apart the moment there isn't someone at the front desk.
Minfilia as the diplomat, except that she's actually good at it. Minfilia's the reason you got into all those meetings and were immediately on good terms with all the major forces on the continent.

This part is something a lot of people who hated Tataru and Minfilia miss because they thought they were useless to the organization due to not being on the field where all the action are. Not to be rude to people who hated them or complained they did not "see" them do anything useful but I feel the hate they got was mostly out of not showing their importance to the organization, not accepting not everyone useful in a organization is a combat expert, not seeing their actions, and not everything can be resolved with Anime Protagonist "I'm OP Godly powerful so believe in me" mentality. Politics is a very important part of any organization if they want to even establish themselves to the public and build connections for trade, allies to call on, and to make the public see them more in a positive light instead of letting only word of mouth and rumors affect people's opinions about the members. Not to mention how restraining those jobs are to a desk due to the paperwork and people they have to constantly deal with.

Tataru's importance to the organization did of course get shown to people more often after events of 2.X in 3.0 and beyond so people started to like her more. Minfillia sadly never got that much of a chance due to how she was put in a position to be writen off. The Scion organization only survived after events of 3.0 because of the connections Minfillia made offscreen before being writen off and Tataru's economic connections. Alphinaud did not have to struggle much when he took up Minfilia's role as the politician of the organization, despite his stumbles, thanks to Minfilia already establishing good relations with certain groups.

I don't think the scions are really an organization you can be "kicked out" of. Who would even make a decision like that? Before they had a leader in Louisoix and then Minfillia, but I don't think anyone is really the leader anymore.

No discipline, no leaders, just a bunch of people wandering around doing good. How do you get kicked out of a group like that?

To add to that, When Yda joined, they weren't an organization you could just sign up for either, let alone get kicked out of. The Scions were originally The Circle of Knowing, which was just the small group of Sharlayan Archons who thought the rest of the Archons were dicks and decided to follow Louisoix to Eorzea. Once there, they barely interacted with each other and were left to their own devices, doing their own things they thought they needed to do to save the realm before the big boom.

Y'shtola played with pirates, trying to find the secret of Seal Rock and just did "general mysterious magic things".
Thancred slept with a lot of women and got involved with becoming Minfilia's dad and had to deal with the fallout of her real dad's death, the baggage her dad left behind being a double-agent working for Garlemald and Ala Mhigo, and the conspiracy his death revealed after he was killed saving his daughter from a rampaging parade goobbue released on purpose by F'lhaminn that also revealed a necromantic plot. There was a lot of revealing on everyone's part.
Yda and Papalymo danced around wearing masks doing comedic duo things while we got woodsin and elementals and wildlings explained to us by kids with horns. There's a reason why the Gridania plotline from 1.0 is the only one that never came back in any way after the game rebooted and they both were effectively removed from the story.
Louisoix stood at the falls in Gridania and was mostly concerned with the Primals until Yoshi-P took over the story.
Urianger didn't exist before Yoshi-P took over and he was a GM-controlled character who walked around the world RPing and telling players that the world was doomed, while he showed off his 1.0 Arcanist abilities that we didn't have access to.

I remember those days of 1.0 despite not playing 1.0. Even outside the game people constantly make fun about how suspicious Urianger was. Even today the game still makes fun of that to a point it is even brought up during Endwalker when Yda, Urianger, and Thancred was at Shellbucks.
