Yeah just feels bad in mechanic heavy situations.
For example,
"OH hey! I have to disengage from the boss, because there is aoe circles swarming under him! ..but I'm currently doing the raiju 2-6 gap closer GCD spam, and if I do anything else besides throwing knives or ninjustsu, it'll waste my raiju procs completely!"

"So let me just use one of my charges of ninjutsu to disengage and keep uptime, no worries"

"OH no there is more mechanics happening and more aoe circles appearing, and I have 4 GCD GAPCLOSER stacks that I need to do! ..guess I'm going to throwing knives town, or sasuke chidori in and die"

Just seems beyond clunky to me,* idk.
