Male Viera as a playable character! show your support

Okay. So I thought maybe I had gotten this wrong too, so to verify what I thought "bishounen" meant, I googled it.

I mean, it's pretty obvious that by bishounen, they meant something like Omega M which would fall under that category in my opinion.

No it's okay! We really should get back to what this thread was made for.. showing our support for the inclusion of male viera!

To show my support. here's a cute bit of art I drew of a male viera, saying hi! Their inclusion to the game, and the completion of the viera race is all any of us really want anyway!



I don't have any of those professional art programs, so be nice! It's the thought that counts!

It would be so nice to have omega m body type on a playable race. Tall and slender, but muscular enough to not look too androgynous.

I typically chose that kind of character in rpgs...too bad there's not a good choice for that in this game.

Haha. A good joke there. let's treat all the previous comments just like nonexistent, how many people here trample each others opinion for just not liking one or the other?

You can try to voice your opinion as much as you want, but dont try to influence wishes of others. It's getting out of hand, so maybe move on to more important matters. The UI of the CC and current races do need more attention, rework and additions. Does anyone even care about female Hrothgar here?
To bad this thread was made just to serve one race and not the other.

I agree that its sad that (especially when it comes to the look) some people cant accept that others have a different view on this but the last couple of pages where civil enough. Also we are not stuck to only post once a day so believe me I post in a lot of other topics that I care for (but then someone will come and say "how dare you care about something so minor talk about the topics that matter.."). I also posted my opinions about the current races and how they need more, because again we can talk about more than one topic..

Do you believe that if this was a shared thread that most people would suddenly talk about Hrothgar? Maybe its just the sad truth that beastial races are not that wanted and a beastial female race even less (and seeing how the Hrothgars ingame look I at least have no longer any intention on playing their female version, I just dont like to play buff races) Maybe instead of trying to stop people from having a conversation in a thread they like you could bring up the old Hrothgar thread and give it life.

Edit: Okay catching up it seems that some really tried to stir the pot again but thankfully most still remain civil.

Exactly! Should m Viera ever be implemented I hope they get a body similar to Omega m. For me it would even be fine should they be a bit more muscular.

Regarding their faces I would wish for one younger, one incredibly handsome, one a bit more on the rough side and a middle aged one. Also scars and beards please! I don't care about facepaints that much however.

I'd like for them to be designed in such a manner. I think it fits how they're described in the lore rather well and it's also quite similar to Matsuno's typical style when it comes to male characters. It also fits how Yoshi-P described their potential design direction, too.

Ooooh, now you got me thinking what sort of facial hair would they have. I picture them with long, wispy beards, or very bushy, and an option for wild eyebrows. The younger looking faces make me think something more stylish with eyebrows closer to the females' (though perhaps bushier) or a well-maintained goatee.
