That and also replace gauge cost for Onslaught with hp cost, so you can use more hp-scaling Fell Cleaves. I think we're onto something there!

I mean, I imagine some tanks would be okay with it if SE was ever willing to let tanks use HP draining abilities. *cough*DRK*cough*
