What are you most excited for in Shadowbringers?

Mostly this:

All the other races wish they could have...

Such a fabulous armored butt-spike?
And that classy steel frill camise?

Dancer - It feels like a real support job, and it feels like the real FF franchise dancers, unlike BRD that feels like an archer that sings as a side thing;
Machinist - I didn't like the current iteration for feeling like a gunner, not an actual machinist. Edgar being used as the inspiration for the overhaul makes me so happy! Will def. try it to see if it's my main job;
Gunbreaker - I have tankphobia, but GNB flavor is so enticing that I'm willing to give a try!

The story - To be honest, the story is a big reason why I play XIV.
Trust system - Not having to rely on actual groups to learn the dungeons is something I'm looking forward to. This will allow me to tank stuff and build actual confidence and knowledge to tacke it with real groups without looking like a fool.
The combat revamps - I really feel that SB had the jobs in the high end of the complexity spectrum, sometimes really overwhelming to new players like me. I think ShB by what I've seen will manage to ease it up without dumbing down stuff too much. Heck, the changes are even making me willing to try a tanking career!

This may sound dumb, but being a Viera is just really important to me. Final Fantasy XII was a game that really meant a lot to me and Fran was one of my favorite characters. There was a beauty to her soul and mission and I loved the Viera culture.

I've always played as a male but recently changed my name a bit to better be gender neutral in prep to become a Viera. I've already pre-created her and I am really excited.

Of course, I am thrilled with the new story and areas. I'm wondering how they will make traveling between shards seamless and make sense in terms of story.

And as someone who mains MCH, I am really excited about my robot companion.

I'm most excited for the MCH changes, demi-Phoenix for SMN, the addition of DNC who I have been wanting to see get added since StB, both Viera and Hrothgar as playable races, can't wait to fantasia to Hrothgar, honestly would probably fantasia to Veira but all my cash shop glams are for males. If only cash shop items could be exchanged for their gender counterparts.

What I'm looking forward too

1) Leveling the Scholar again and healing all the Gunblade's we'll be seeing.
2) Learning Stardive on my Fem Roe Dragoon alt because it looks BADASS
3) Leveling Dancer on same Fem Roe

I would love to see male Viera too, but I am thinking that is most likely not happening until 6.0. I am okay with going female for Viera, but if they did ever release male Viera I would most likely switch to that. However, I won't hold my breath. Yoshi seems very invested in the lore and I don't think he would do it unless he could naturally weave them into the story where it makes sense. Same with female Hrothgar.

Basically, seeing one of my suggestions on the forums being implemented into BRD!
