I'm sorry but when the average time to learn Seiryu EX was a single lockout. The fight was way too undertuned. As was Byakko and Suzaku. Actually only the 4 lords sucked.Agreed with the transition lengths.
While I do agree they are easier than the previous set of EX primals, I wouldn't go that far saying the SB EX primals and content were too easy.
Some people learn fast. Some people learn slow. Some players might not have the benefit of a static. Some may just yolo it and become the weak link in the end. At the end of the day, each player will put his/her best foot forward and see how it works out.
I should know, I've been through some tough obstacles to get some of the weapons when they were relevant and some mounts before the drop rate increases/buyable totem turn ins (a proud owner of the Kamuy of the Nine Tails since 2/24/19).

I myself cleared Seiryu EX in a short amount of time through watching videos of EX runs and talking to others on discord during the early days of 4.5.
Clearing Seiryu EX is one thing. Farming it for weapons and the wolf mount consistently is another. The former easier, the latter harder (especially with random pugs no less.)
