Probably has something to do with the fact that 60% of this thread is random art spam or amusing Hrothgar pictures with bunny ears attached. Some of it is half decent, mind you, but I don't think it creates conversations much or keeps them going.

At most it starts with...

"How about this look?"

And ends with...

"I like that!"

Is this a problem? It's contained to one thread, so it doesn't seem like a big deal to me.

If you take a look at the other language forums, you will see "free talk" threads where users will casually talk about anything and post pictures even if it's unrelated to ffxiv. You will see a lot of short comments that don't do much to create an actual discussion. Not to trash on others for their free talk threads since I think it's fine to make one huge thread to talk about whatever, but at least this thread is generally on the topic of male viera.

Oh, it's not that it isn't relevant. I just feel that there should be more actual discussion. Sharing random art doesn't really foster that much in my opinion. There is more than enough references in this thread already to give a half decent idea as to what people want. People may disagree with me on that, obviously, and that's fine. But I suppose you are right. There isn't a whole lot to discuss as of right now anyway.
