Ironic as at least half of them are a staple in FF games.

A good number of people that play this game have never touched another FF game or at most only played one years ago. I say this a lot, but people that play mmos just go to the next mmo regardless of if it's already tied to a franchise or not I've never touched a ff game prior to this.

Suzaku EX parties are making me increasingly sad at how many people just sit still and get blown up by colors. Or tanks that get Phantom Flurry'd off the stage. Or people who try their damndest to drop their Rekindle circles on other people with Rekindle circles.

Did Alphascape v4 last night for the first time. I will not call the run the greatest run as there was numerous mistakes, main being the tanks keeping Omega- M and F too close togather. What makes this run a tale worth telling is the end result Had omega F dead Omega M alive with around 5% hp. Entire group dead except for a our PALADIN TANK!!! Like a true hardcore balls too the walls boss of a player, he tanked and dps Omega M the rest of the way down!!! Goes without saying the entire group gave him commendations

I just woke up and queued for O9-12. Nothing to exciting for the first couple of pulls. Got my 9 drop. Jumped into 10. It was the one I had the most practice with, had horrible luck last week. Didn't think anything of it. In my half asleep stupor, I tunnled super hard during the nail/dragon phase. I noticed the dragon was acting strangly, I looked up at the party list and the MT and my cohealer was dead. The OT was almost dead and the DPS were all huddled around me. Pulled it back, but that was kind of a funny site, even the smallest Elezen towers over Miqo, AuRa, and Lala.

So I'm awake now. Do more runs, get my loot from 10 and 11. But that last pull of 11 was bananas. My co-healer was new. I got my loot first pull last week so I have no real practice on it other than earlier pulls. I learned a couple of things, I go left almost instinctually for Larboard/Starboar I'm going to have to work on that. And second, you can Disrupt the Rocket Punch.

I did leveling roulette got sunken temple of qarn, and it was chaotic. I was paladin, healer was astro, dps was a black mage and a monk. I pulled big and noticed my health dropping, healer didn't heal me (they legit just stood there) and I died. I thought no big deal maybe something happened and they had to afk for a few. I pull again and right when I do they start spam healing me even though my hp was not dropping.

They never did any dps just spam healed me when it wasn't needed.When my health did start to drop they must have went afk again, because I got no heals and eventually died again. When I asked what was up, the monk got really defensive they had to have been friends or something saying the healer was new,I've seen new astros do way better than this before though, but this astro never used cards,(although I'm not sure if they can use cards at that lvl) if that's the case please disregard that part. barely healed and did not do any dps at all. First boss is where I took the penalty healer died to doom three times, so that was three wipes in a row.

Seconded. That healer was very much a bot. I got one in alliance raid. Spammed medica 2 randomly, pulled bosses by running in boss rooms. This one had a 'controller' who qued with them and tried to convince us the bot was not a bot. The bot, of course, said nothing.

Note: You can tell usually because the bot will rarely do anything target-oriented and if they do, its fixed to a single target. Obviously the monk was their 'controller'.

In a Rabanastre run. After about 2 and a half years of playing, I got paired up with a co-healer that only wanted to dps and not heal at all. I was AST, they were WHM. It was a tiring run for me cause I never had to solo heal a raid before. Not to mention they died a lot. I came close to calling them out in party chat. But I didn't. I didn't feel like dealing with any backlash. Got to end we cleared and all. Usually when I'm healing my comm goes to the other healer even if they weren't that good. But I... can't commend playing as a DPS when you que as a healer. So the tank got it for not being the usual douche tank. I got 3 myself so that felt like a couple pats on the back.

I queued up for delta 2.0 for WT and boy was that a mess. I was the MT on war and the OT was new (290 weapon, also for some reason loved spamming the halone combo... but I had the full 380 crafted set). By around 50% hp left I noticed both healers and 2 dps were dead. No one could raise so we have a low geared paladin, a pretty solid bard and BLM, and then myself on tank.

We cleared, albeit more slowly than what was supposed to be. I didnt get any clemency usage on me but my self healers are pretty ridiculous.

And after all that work, no comms
