I logged in today at like 1pm ET but hadn't actually went into Eureka until 5pm ET. Found out I lost a level (9 > 8) so I couldn't teleport to the Ziz NM when it was up. That kinda put me in a sour mood.
Anyone know how long we have to wait to get our xp restored?





Are they going to refund the loot lost by being too low level for the fates we were doing just fine before the bug?

There's no way for them to measure that in any quantifiable way. The best thing you could hope for, due to the widespread nature of this bug, is compensation via game time.



They won't give game time nor "refund" loot if it was never gained in the first place. There is no measure that you would have been there and qualified for the loot if you were the correct level and comes down to player word.
To those asking how long people have waited and stuff, it's been 2 days so far for me since i sent in a ticket for help and i'm still waiting..![]()



I think you misunderstand, the game time wouldn't be for lost loot. It would be for the impact of and widespread nature of the bug, the multiple maintenances to try to fix it, and the fact that players are waiting days on end for restored progress due to it. That said, I wouldn't count on it.
I submitted early Wednesday morning and am still waiting. Haven't gone back in since and seeing as some people got hit with the bug twice I'm glad I didn't.
Edit: On a related note, this whole experience has been pretty frustrating. It's shocking how hard it is to actually talk to a human being in customer support, and they seem content to just dole out boilerplate responses that don't even address what you're asking them. It hasn't exactly left a good taste in my mouth.
