I didn't use it yet. I'm too scared to lose unique items forever on a system that has more cons than pros.

The additional retainer, choco bag and x999 stack of prisms are my new glamour dresser.

People don’t like it because it’s a terribly outdated way of doing glamours and they did it worse than the terribly outdated thing they’re copying. My hope is that they’re just testing the waters on how much stress the system puts on the server before opening the flood gates and giving us something like 50 plates and a load more storage while also phasing out the old glamour system on retainers and squadron for the new one. But that is of course, wishful thinking and it’s more likely SE just didn’t think this system through enough.

I like it. It saves a lot of time. Specially when I have always the sames glamours. I can quickly re-apply the template when I change a piece of gear.

Also, I could empty a entire retainer of glamour stuff. More extra space to me, also with the chocobo inventory I have no more inventory problems.

Re: destroying the Glamour item -- while the Patch Notes explicitly stated as such, no where in the Live Letter featuring the Dresser was this ever mentioned.

Do you understand japanese to be sure about that?

Just a reminder that anything that can go into the armoire can be used an unlimited amount of times with the glamour dresser.
And the armoire got a big addition to it's contents this patch.

I love the glamour dresser! I wish I could use it in my house and be able to switch plates outside of main cities, but otherwise it's great. Also need more plates! I love the dressing room and being able to preview dyes and outfits all in the same spot, it's so much more convenient than before. I can spend hours making outfits lol

I always wanted to change my outfits regularly, but I always hated using so many prisms because they cost so much! I'm a crafter so I make my own, but they were still a precious commodity to my frugal in-game self. Now I can change clothes as much as I want and it doesn't cost me a thing!!!!! I'm so happy
