When I got the outfit, I originally didn't like the hair from looking at it in screenshots and even in the Aesthetician window on my own character, but after trying it out I'm loath to change it to anything else.

But to obtain that, they have to buy a set of glamour gear that can only be worn by males. And someone already pointed out that the Thancred hair is already the male equivalent.

Wish they unlocked all the hairstyles for both gender and sell them separately. :x

I would be willing to buy the set even with the unwearable girly armor just to get the hairstyle.

I think its best that SE just sells the hairstyles separate from the outfits and only sells the same amount of hairstyles for each gender or only uni-sex. If the hairstyles are sold separate from the outfits and uni-sex, more players would be willing to buy the hairstyles, compared to them being locked to 1 gender or placed in a package with other items ( Aymeric outfit+hair pack) that one can not use, because of their gender.

Maybe I am wrong, but I think this thread is more about OP wanting to have the gender locked hairstyle, then a short hairstyle. Still I do agree with you, the next few patches, I want to see more long hairstyles.
