I agree it just looks...bad. I'm not very pleased with the dye options either. There's no ability to make the sleeves a dark color. Jet black dye makes them a dark gray and the general purpose dyes make them a darker pastel.

I love the entire outfit except for the sleeves. They look like water wings. I'm using the housemaid wristlets instead since they're pretty much the only armwear I can find that matches the outfit at all
Overall though it looks really nice. I think they messed up the back pleat a little on her skirt. There's supposed to be two on the back.
But overall the details are very true to the cg model and its textures if you ignore the awful sleeves.
