Personally, I would like to see all healer damage nerfed into crap tier and instead of the standard 1 healer + a scholar dpsing have all healers get debuffs to apply and keep up.

For example,

Aero 4. Applies dot + 1 stack of damage down on boss. *damage down would stack to 2 but each healer can only add one to the stack meaning both healers would need to keep thier debuff up on boss while working together*

Idea could be applied to multiple debuffs if needed to allow interesting healing gameplay with debuffing without requiring us to solo heal fights while a scholar has an identity crisis.
