I do not encourage people to be purposely lazy or trolling in game. I'm not either the last to ask myself questions about players level, sometimes. For a causual player like me, my level as just acceptable, bellow good, in other words, but not the worst either.

But I don't say anything in dungeon, in raid when I see some disaster or will not create topic in this forum about skill level of players. Why? I cannot encourage judgments or any kind of behavior that, in the opposite of a bad player, sounds like self-proclamed pgm.

I always think as a little too easy to say things as you do "I know I can be world first". Here comes the point, if you are not, be, don't find any excuse. Why Do I say that? Because there is no way for me you don't apply to yourself the rules you wish towards others. You want, do, you don't want, unfortunatly, following your rules, let the other be, without complaining. They don't have excuse, you don't have; they have, then you have too.

I'm well aware about the question of basics rotations. Maybe there are people who need IG how-too or who don't really understand their class. Do I have to condemn them? No. Sad, maybe, but no.

The basic difference is finally I do not create judgment to other if I cannot apply them to myself, otherwise, that would sound to me like hypocrisy.

The last point, since I saw self-proclamed pgm with savage stuff playing like **** in game, people trolling-pull and desipsing others, I just can't follow people who judge level of other. Self-proclamed good players are sometimes the worst because of their overconfidence and presomptuous state of mind. Not matter how good you can be, presomptuous people are to me like ****. Especially since I one day meet a real genius with true modesty. And many real genius are genuinly modest, there are that much easy they are unable to feel any competition with others.

Little edit : Rather than saying I don't judge, for a proper understanding, I should say I don't condemn and refuse to follow people who sentence. And rather saying they are like ****, they don't deserve we care. Please notice is not a sentence from me to you, there's just no way I follow you. Maybe it is my lack but I'm unable to admire anyone. There are too many things that fairly allow to relativize "awsomeness".

Turning blind eyes on something is pretty encourage that too. IMO people who turn blind eyes on bad behaviors in game are pretty much worse than the elitist, because then you left the one with the bad behavior oblivious to what they did wrong, or give them the idea that "it's ok to continue doing so".

For example you see an ice mage with their rotation a mess, or a whm who casting a lot and a lot of medica 2 for no reason, or an afk-sch who let their pet heal. Now if you speak up, even if that make you sounds like an "elitist", those people will know that something is not right, then they either will try to fix it or will start to care (hopefully). On the opposite, without saying nothing, the blm keeps being an ice mage, the whm keep on overhealing while burning their mana and give lot of trouble to their tank, and the sch keep afk in most every dungeons they do. And worst, when they actually visit this forum, and seeing lot of people posting thing like "It's their sub, people should not tell them how to play", or "I afk as sch in dungeon a lot and it actually doable", or "I don't really care about people like that in my dungeon, i won't see them again so it's fine" etc., then all those do is encourage even more of those behaviors. One of the first steps to fix any problem is actually "care" about it first.

Finally it is exacly an hidden point of this thread : the things we say and the way we say them, that goes for advices IG too.

When you see "turn off your computer", "leave that game", "go kill yourself", "please unsubscribe" the first day of the weeping city, because of a first wipe... Sounds like a very very very big problem.

People who have farmed Coil turns and Coil Savage turns probably find the Weeping City easy, and, finally it is not that hard if you pay attention -keeping in mind a mistake is always possible- but the gap between an advice and such ... words (not sure how I should call that).

Does the fact some people need advice allow to sentence them as we sometimes read?

How to push or lead people to progress? An IG individual parser could work, but the line is very thine. What kind of parser?
    I think about this :
    private
    your dps
the ten highest dps with the same job and same ilvl (anonymous, it is mandatory)

    BUT no official rank.

Going more far would lead to the worst atmosphere ever.

Maybe slower leveling -people will hate me XD-

For advices, unfortunatly, there is no better way than in FC.

BUT never you will avoid people who wants to troll to do so if they suffer of a lack of education and abuse being anonymous on Internet. Unfortunatly.

And public advice can be taken as humiliating.
