I still stand by the belief that BLU can exist in XIV and retain its general identity (monster skills). If it ends up in XIV, there is no likely way it's going to be learning any of its spells in whatever order you please and what you learn will be scripted all the way to level cap just like any other job. The real question is what role the devs would want it to fill, as with Redmage and Samurai.
