Our ranks are mostly joke ranks and just for fun. Most of them are really silly. The one rank that sort of serves a purpose is the recruit rank. It's the default rank set for any new members that join and it limits access to certain things until they are promoted to a regular member.

I like the idea of using abilities as the names or FC and ranks

Pretty Cure is actually the name of an anime. The owner who had the FC before me let her daughter name it. I just altered the rankings a bit to fit with FFXIV a bit better.

Kitty Pirate (just me tho all actives are currently miqo)
Prate (the other active players)
deck rat (inactice players)

so it's pretty plain, the fc was an idea of me and our captain, because we both wanted a pirate themed fc

This is probably unoriginal as hell, but the fanboy/girl in me would probably roll over as a recruit if the names were Cure, Cura, Curaga, Curaja, and Renew.
