Hi guys so long story short 3 days ago I accidently Hey 7spent 825 poetics on the DRG chest when I ment to spend it on the legs. So like an hour after the purchase I sent in a support ticket And got a response pretty quickly telling me too discard the chest and then send in some info which I did and got a reply saying all that\\'s left is to wait for confirmation that I dropped the chest and then I\\'d get my legs in the mail. That was 2 days ago 55 im wondering if any of you have had a similar experience and how long did it take u to receive your item??

I did once and had the new item within the hour. Now keep in mind you can never do this again and it counts as your one time replacement item.

I did this when I accidentally bought the wrong primal weapon. It took almost two months to resolve it.

On the topic of item restoration, I sent in a ticket and had the request to delete my item after a day, deleted said item and waited another day for my new item to arrive in moogle mail if u didn't remember wrongly.

Absolutely not. This is a one time replacement, and is for the lifetime of your account. It actually gets marked in your account information that they have, that you have previously used your one-time replacement.

Yup. Ever since I found out that it is a one time only thing, I've been saving it for an emergency.

I'd just keep waiting. I've had friend turn in a ticket for the same reason before, and it took them 3-4 days to get the replacement.

Uncalled or not, that should teach you not to make hastu decision. Be glad that we still have one chance replacing option. And here you even ask for the second chance? When you buy things, like seriously why you have to rush? It is not like a limited edition or while stock lasts item only, you know? Also there is a prompt text to confirm your purchase again,too bad if you rush through it, then you have to face consequences.
