    Personal Housing is certainly a separate problem, however it always wasn't something that was planned to be much different from FC Housing, actually. I found an old interview question (Letter LIVE V as well) that basically states FC and Personal Housing was one and the same:

    Q1: What’s the difference between Free Company housing and individual player housing?
    A1: Fundamentally, there will not be many differences since individual housing will have the same features as Free Company housing when it is released; however, there will be differences in regards to whether the parks and towers are set for personal use or for Free Company members.
    While we were thrown for a loop over price and availability, the premise for personal housing was always the same this entire time.
