No it(s doesn't .Weapon damage for dps is more important.
Even if you got some crits,it doesn't mean you will crit a lot more it's still a % of luck.So weapon damage >>>>everything.Stats matter when they're the same lvl.Only exeption would be MAY BE the SCH.

Ummm, what? If you have more crit, yes you will crit more. Sure there's not a big difference between 5% and 10%, but Bard gets a lot of tools for increasing their crit rate. They have the-- for all intents and purposes permanent-- straight shot buff + internal release every minute.

Bloodletter recast is 15s. That means your DoTs will tick 4 times in a chance to reset the CD (if they tick 5 it's already back up so w/e). If your average crit is hanging around 20% that's 4 chances of 20% meaning a total chance ~60% (I believe, someone correct me if my math is wrong) that your timer resets early.

It's basically a trade-off between long sustained damage and periods of burst, but giving that BRD is a burst class, I would prioritize the inconsistent, but potentially higher output over the somewhat lower sustained one. Really though, it would probably just be best to test it but I don't have the time or the weapon. I really doubt it matters much in the end though, gear stats in FFXIV are pretty stale, most builds with similar ilvl produce almost equivalent DPS etc.

Hands down Tidal Wave bow and your chances of getting it at least for many of us would be better then that of atma

No, 2 extra weapon damage is far more important.

No, your chance of getting a tidal wave weapon is far worse.

    It's pretty simple.

Tidal Bow > Artemis Animus > Wave Bow > Artemis Atma.

However, Artemis Animus will be upgraded in 2.25 and 2.3 and beyond because it's a job weapon. And it's easier to get compared to Tidal Bow. So yeah, never bothered with Levi weapon.

    End of story.
