It's not a team B sort of thing. It's a simple social/friends & family tag for those looking to join but don't have the time to dedicate to serious raiding/progression.

No diff criteria, you still have to fill out an app in its entirety and we go from there.

Scragg, a GW admin, is working on the recruitment module to make it a little more user-friendly. Stuff like better notifications for site members, more transparency, and more information available to the applicant. In the meantime, we're working on things on our end to be more responsive with applications. If all else fails, hit me up in-game and as long as I'm actually at my computer, I'll be happy to answer questions.
