BLM or BRD (less monotonous)

I want to roll a dps class but cant decide if BLM or BRD. Wich class is less monotonous it terms of gameplay? Wich one has a funner rotation?
Also i want to know wich one is more required in end game content for groups and stuff
Getting sick of tanking, now i want to see those big numbers c:
