You are simply asking way too much. You want them to fix the servers too while they are at it?I am not asking them to give me something I do not already own. I am asking them to effectively Delete Service 2 where my CE is, and grant me a Digital Upgrade on Service 1 where my character is. I do not see how that is them giving me something worth money for free, when I have already paid for the CE.
SE knows they made a mistake with their website, or they would not have changed their website and removed the other button.
The reason they have the upgrade option is for the people that have 1.0 that already had a CD key for their service account by adding a key to yours. You removed their ability to just type the key that you had in service account 2 into the first.I am not asking them to give me something I do not already own. I agree with this.I don't wanna be rude or anything but I did the same as you but put the collectors edition on the correct account. I know there website was a bit confusing but other people managed to make sure they did the correct thing you can't really expect them to give you something that's worth money when this is your fault to begin with. If you buy something from a store and lose it or use it for the wrong purpose its not there responsibility to change this. It was your responsibility to make sure the account was set up correctly the first time. Sorry if this seems rude but there are a lot of people blaming SE for things that are user error not SE's

If they have an option to give something at a cost, they also have the option to give something for free. Or in this instance, replace something that was mistakenly used due to awful website design.
WHy the hell do they need like 45 websites anyway.
