i believe no one will respond until september 3. as the site says, email contact is available 24/7 but they will only reply/read tickects during business hourss. since sept 2 is a holiday we should be fucked up

There was an option to "add service" as well as "add platform", and they INDEED had a quick maintenance to make the page more user friendly once this issue started popping up.I can tell you right now that they were lying about "fixing" anything. There is no "add service" button anywhere. The only "add" buttons are "Add platform", which turns into "Add Playstation 3 Service" after getting the screen saying that you have to add a new platform through PSN, and "Add New Service Account".
They didn't fix a single thing.

They actually have 2 different versions of the mogstation.. one with the huge WINDOWS button and one with add service.. try refreshing/different browser. You'll eventually see it.

but that still hasn't fixed our problem, they only fixed theirs(SE). if i was in SE i would have fired some programmers already.
I'm running on Google Chrome. If the button you say was there, it would show.
Are you blind? Look at the screenshot I JUST took. There is no "add service" button aside from "Add New Service Account". None. Whatsoever.
Do you not know how to read? I said it was a screenshot of NOW. They did the hotfix on the 27th, which made the page user friendly.
Of course it's of the page now. Did you expect me to travel in time to the point when they had it fixed? The hell are you on about?
