    Well mine was fixed 2hrs ago at last, the person i spoke to on UK live chat earlier today said it would be all done today ...and they were telling the truth!

    i spoke to someone on live chat at about 915am this morning and mine is still not fixed

    My husband and I are in NA and he was told it could take up to 2 weeks. =/
