Seems to happen much more in instances, and very often during battles.

It's more than only transferring data. They are probably not not done polishing content, balancing gameplay and squashing bugs, etc.

Sanguine Rite is amazing if you're kiting during Moogle Fight, especially if you take Gladiator and Marauder at the same time. Rite will give you the MP for that extra Prism+Cure or Stoneskin you...

You can always craft your own arrows if you can, same goes for crafting/spiritbinding your gear. The total time investment most;y relies on luck (for proper materia/meld or weapon drop)

If that happens that means someone wasn't assisting the Tank or hitting whichever target it was assigned. So don't blame the mechanic, blame the player for not doing it's job.
