I'm wondering in general that party buffs are not stronger in solo or light parties. Pure DPS will always be best for solo or light parties that way.
They have to address this issue for 6.25 valiant dungeons for sure. Otherwise AST will be unplayable there with the other healers dealing 40-50% more dmg in dungeons.

Could we get a max dot duration of 60 seconds. Keep the refresh timer to 45 seconds. That way we could refresh the dot below 15 seconds without any waste of potential dps.

Ruin 2 is damage loss. Imo all healers should have their default attack cast time reduced. Would lessen the pain when weaving. AST has it already so no need there.
Why do they simply not lower the cast time of Broil? Like AST do have. That would make SCH feel so much better. AST still has the ability to do full dps while moving with lightspeed.
Ah, one thing: Maybe the reason it is not implemented is that it would look strange for some helmets with no good animation when it switches modes during cutscenes and the character is in close view....
