Why would I wait 5 hours for a full group if I can fill my 8 people party and easily do the content without having to wait any timer at all?

It would take 10 minutes cause it didn't fill the 24 people earlier. So now imagine it taking 20, cause you have to fill the party plus go in.

But simply nobody does it alone by queuing. A new person getting in has no ray buffs and mostly don't know how to use their essences and stuff, which means they'll just never clear without help....

This should just be removed or put an option to go as a 8 man party. Is there any reason why this timer exists?
