a macro is anything you want it to be, you can make it switch hotbars too like controller users do
how do macros give ast more buttons? the point is to make macros functional so you can consolidate actions and the like
if they truly wanted to make things "accessible" for ast with minimal effort they could at the very list fix their awful macro system so it actually queues actions.
if you dont want ppl to get hung up on potencies just say ut duoes X damage tbh
anyways, i think giving non-overheal regen ticks procs for beneficial effects to offset the lost gcd is great.
the difference still shouldnt be so stark anyways. if they cut the gap between pranged and melee+blm to 1/3 it would be fine
how do you nerf healing complexity any further? remove the 30s dot? consolidate anything into glaremedicaholy? oh i know, theyre gonna add a trait that just pulses aoe healing and damage and gives...
say you dont do savage or ultimate without saying you dont do savage or ultimate
yup. cant have the new healer being too original! everything must have a counterpart!
pepsis is filling an already occupied niche; wasnt the point of regular prognosis to let sage have a medica equivalent? why do we need to have a skill that turns succor into medica when its already...
my point is that the basic heals are sufficient. you can do a w2w pull with just cure ii, and you can clear any heal check in the game spamming medica. look at blue mage, they have like 4 healing...
its only useful when solo healing ultimates, and with the changes to lucid dreaming im not even sure if its that true anymore
healing actions learned beyond lv 70 or maybe even lv 60 are entirely superfluous. you can clear ultimates and the hardest historical savages with just soil succor and medica.
every healing action...
thank goodness for the delay, I've been wanting it since i started raiding
people who chase rank on fflogs do not freak over crits lmao its like youve never met those people
at most they get a bit frustrated like "aw man this couldve been a rank 10 log if i had crit...
if the "bones" they throw at us are like what sam got in 6.2 they can keep them. rather than being excited for job udpdates i dread them now
i don't understand why "damage variance" because of crits is so undesirable that theyre negatively affecting gameplay to curb it. we don't even have an in-game damage meter.
the only people...
please add nocturnal sect back :(
1) thats what, 1 mechanic at the end of the fight? fires of asphodelos is literally not even hard to mitigate and most of the mitigation is done by non-healers anyways (addle reprisal etc)
2) im...
we have so many ogcds, all on such a short cooldown that theyre all basically fire and forget lmao what keeping track is there to make
you quite literally did not need to embrace spam to clear any content. embrace spam was reserved for only the highest of optimization for speedkills and parse runs. if anyone didnt want to do it,...
LB adds expression of how you want to use it though. the problem isnt the LB, but how on the rails fights are in general.
some examples where you can be flexible in LB usage: you can chose to...
the only reason jobs have historically not been invited has been because jobs underperform, not because theyre simple.
your second point is bs because who like that play style would play it. theres...
and not all jobs need to be needlessly simple for the sake of it
besides, a not-insignificant subset of the playerbase isnt casual. the vast majority isnt 100%, so why should 100% of the jobs...
