I keep getting 3102 Error on Excalibur server. I logged out in Dragonhead last night. Now it says I am in New Gridania. I can not log in I have been trying for 30 minutes and continuously get 3102.

Yes, that's exactly what's going on.
I've been 3102'ed for almost 24 hours now. I have yet to play since the patch yet my character is stuck in the world. I've contacted help through the support center and have yet to even receive a confirmation e-mail. Is that normal?
KisaiTenshi, are you saying that this dude who is 3102'ed has been hacked or the account is suspended?!
He's been hacked, and not yet suspended. It just so happened that I found where he was after I had reported it.
So yeah... I guess you could assume that if you get error 3102, you might be getting hacked, and should probably change the password ASAP.

One of the other games I've played, usually boots out already-logged in characters upon password change or by simply trying to log in from another ip address.
Wow man wtf I don't ever need to purchase any type of monetary in game shit. This is utter bullshit.
And of course you do all the support crap from SE and nothing =/. I am loving the game but if its not handled I am done.
Presumably changing the password kicks whomever off the account. I changed mine. Still appears the 3102 is in effect. Has the 3102 in of itself been a known bug also?

I changed my password and also canceled my service to see if that would boot someone off. Im leaving it canceled for around an hour. After that, we will see.
I've left mine cancelled since 1pm. I am not going to even bother in all honesty till maybe tomorrow. I don't know what to do not a single email response.

It is Saturday. Support is Mon-Fri 9-5 PST. You won't hear back before then.
Example #380298754234546 of how SE support sucks. 168 hours in a week, 40 hours of service. So they offer support less than 25% of the time, and during the least played period of time.
