Excellence - Socially oriented FC LFM

Hiya everyone!

Introductions
If you've been active on the forums or in game you might know me already :). I'm one of the leaders of the social/fun free company <Excellence> !

We are a ragtag band of friendlies that are anywhere between 10 and 50 and we are of course on the lovely server Famfrit.


Our philosophy

To us an MMORPG is primarily a social experience. You meet and interact with hundreds of other players on a daily basis some of which you will form closeknit bonds with. We are looking to crystallize that experience, to breed and purify an environment with likeminded players that are also looking to make friends and have fun together.

What good is all that epic gear if you have no one to play with? No friends to relish those moments when you work together with your comrades tirelessly to eventually overcome some challenging boss?

We are not progression-focused, but that doesn't mean that we don't do dungeons together, in fact I would argue that we do more dungeons than many other progression-focused FCs. With that said we don't focus solely on endgame dungeons rather we will make sure to help our lower leveled players as well, for us the fun is primarily from playing together with those you like.

Because sociability and friendliness are uncorrelated with your level and gear we don't discriminate against anyone so members of all race, creed, gender and sexual orientation are welcome.

What you will get from us

Friends to start off with, we have a very diverse member pool in all respects. But we all share one thing in common; tolerance and open-mindedness. If you chose to join us you'll be thrown into a very social environment, don't let the, sometimes wacky and silly conversations throw you off though, we are all about having fun together xD.

Aside from that we regularly hold FC events, these don't have to be dungeon runs, for example Fridays are trivia nights it's a nice and fun time and also a chance to win some gil ;).

If you're lower leveled don't be afraid to ask for help, me and the others will extend a helping hand as soon as we can. For those higher levels we have regular farm groups doing CM and HM primals.

What we expect of you
We have a strict code of conduct, we will not accept impolite or abusive behaviors towards any other players. Members are expected to act helpful and friendly towards each other and at least maintain civil towards other players.

Sometimes the game can be frustrating and we understand that, it's not fun to wipe 15 times on a boss, and no one will blame you for leaving a PUG that isn't working out. As long as you do it in a respectful way. Violating the CoC will resut in a swift dismissal from the FC.

Like I said earlier, there are no formal requirement to join as long as you understand and accept our CoC then either message me, Haseo Seerlane, Super Mario, Kardis Bontensont, Schelle Sommers, Silvra Rhee or Nairi Vessali in game.

My husband and I are looking to join a good group of people to level with. I love the group content and raiding, but really dislike having to PUG everything because people are so focused on endgame. Nice community, would be great to get more people for end game, crafting and such later down the line.

Sounds like what I'm looking for. Only problem is that whenever I do a search to message one of the people you said to contact they're not online. :(

They are generally online earlier in the day, some of the officers are from different country's so they are not normally on after 5pm PST for me. Ill do what i can to get you in though :)

This game makes it so difficult to actually begin to communicate under the auspices of controlling gil sellers, yet in the end the gil sellers fill the open channels with spam and people are unable to easily contact people in cases like this.

FYI The people you're trying to talk to, will not show up online if they are in an instance and thus on "another world". Garbage.

Alright I will make sure to add your characters to our watch list so me or one of our officers or core members can send you an invite :). We don't have any requirements as far as activity goes, as long as you can login once in every 20 days. I have a 13 months old son myself so I also play when he's sleeping ^^ .

Unfortunately we've been DDoSed but our site should be up soonish.

I posted in server forums needing new home since every 50 we had left i would drf like to give your fc a go im on alot just hit me up in game cause i never can find members to tell. they deff need fix if your online to show wheter ur in a dungeon or not.

I've held off even thinking about a Free Company because I wanted to get a feel for the game, etc. You guys sounds like a great group. Toss me an invite in game if you guys are still recruiting. :)

Thanks! We're still alive and kickin' ;) ! And we're still open to new members, as always, we'll never ever impose gear or level requirements, the one requirement is friendliness as always, can't put a level on that! ;)

A quick update everyone, a couple of our officers and members have taken the initiative to launch an internal raid core group, this is to cater to the more progression-minded players and it will operate within our FC as an independent group.

Excellence remains Famfrit's true social community and we have not and are not going to change that goal. As usual we pledge to never impose gear or level requirements for entry into the "mother group" of the FC. The activities of the "mother group" will not change in any way because of this structural extension and the "mother" and "raid core" group will function more or less independently of each other.

When it comes to the raiding core group I am not involved in the management there. If you have any questions regarding that I refer you to; Super Mario, Haseo Seerlane, Silvra Rhee and Ska Mummy who are the core raid group leaders. This sounds like a nice and fun FC. With 2.1 around the corner, it would be great to have an FC to explore the housing system and try out the new content with. I'd like an invite if you'll have me, my character's name is Elhaym Houten.

Your FC sounds amazing and what i am looking for. I just started when it came out on the PS4 and have been playing Solo or with my one friend. I was looking for a FC that was about the social aspect and helping each other versus the hard cores. I don't have time to play serious all the time. I will try and message you in game about joining.
