This is the response I got, they didn't even taken in that I have already paid for the product and still waiting on it or that FFXIV is already released or that I am already a subscriber.

Where do you live, what shipping method did you choose, this is info that should have been given.

I chose the cheapest one so it didn't come with a tracking number, I do not want to watch it get to my address, I just wanted to get here period.
If you ordered this off the Square-Enix website store, which I'm guessing you did, then SE does not oversee your order or shipping. They outsource it to a third party called Digital River. You can contact Digital River customer support at 1-800-598-7450. Have your order number ready when you call, you are going to have to enter it with your phone and then confirm it verbally again with the operator who takes your call. The operator will confirm your order and payment, and then escalate it for an investigation to have someone check it. When I called, they told me to watch my e-mail and I received a notification that my order had been shipped later that evening.
ispano has a good point. It took almost a week for mine to come and that was inside the U.S. Do you have a supposed shipping date or did you never get that notification?

It wouldn't have shipped until around the 30th however. And again, without tracking and having to go through customs and cheapest method, there's no telling when you'll get it.
You said you don't want to watch it get there, that's not why you get tracking. You get tracking so you know what happened to it in cases like this. Where it fell off the map.
Sorry for hijacking your thread but, just to be sure, wind-up Dalamud is only obtainable by preordering the OST or can we still get it if we order it now?
The minion comes with the first pressing of the OST, not because of a pre-order.
Interesting that the email OP got says it's a Square Enix store exclusive though, considering I pre-order (and received, including minion code) from a different store ;)
If they're still selling their first press at that time, yes..
The place where I bought mine (cdjapan.co.jp) still has the first press in stock at least, although in limited numbers.
Hard to say - the Dalamud minion code is on a bonus voucher bundled inside the inlay card of the album (that's where it was on my copy), so it would be unclear whether the copy you get would actually have it included or not. I guess it depends also on when SE stops printing those codes and only produces 'second' edition versions which won't include it.
Our leader. who is also from Canada, ordered his back in July. he just got it last week because it was stuck in customs for like 2-3 weeks and then he got notified of it and he could pick it up. You might be having the same issue he was... hopefully you'll get it soon or be notified soon. Best of luck!
I find this ridiculous. What happen to the days without tracking? It should be the company's responsibility to offer services that assures their products gets to their costumer, not ship it out and blame it on other companies because there is no tracking. That is why companies should choose partners that helps maintain their level of service.
It is like paying for delivery service from a local town and somehow it never came to be, of course it would be the company's fault. I am surprised you can easily agree with accepting fault if something is lost (out of your control) because you did not purchase insurance.
I find it ridiculous that you didn't pay for tracking and are now sad you don't know where your product is. You get what you pay for. If you choose the cheap shipping it's going to "take a slow boat from china" (mybe literally), and have to spend lots of time in customs, then finish its journey to you. Don't blame SE because you were cheap. Pay for the shipping with tracking next time.
When I order something online and I get a shipping confirmation and then it goes AWOL I don't go and blame the vendor, I blame the shipper.
