Where is the quest set that starts this? Thanks.

Sastasha opens up after you have done the envoy misson, and then have gone from there to the Drowning Wench in Limsa Lominsa Upper Decks.

It is part of the main story, and you cannot unlock it until you get to that point. Speed leveling will not help.

I'm not sure what 'dp' means. You are looking for the quest that takes you to the lvl 15 dungeon Sastasha Seagrot? It's part of your story quest line, just keep doing those and it will eventually lead you to it.

I think he accidentally hit p instead of o... I just read it as 'I just 16, and I want do my 15 instance'... Which is still very bad broken english... Not sure if its ebonics or if its a crossbreed between ebonics and english.

You guys really should stop focusing on his English and more on the question, it's rather disrespectful to sit here and bash on him for being another nationality.

After you unlock the Airship pass you should unlock this next, it's the quest called "It's probably Pirates".

While I agree that bashing the way someone typed something is usually not a good thing.... It's clear from some of the posts that he did not get his point across clearly. I know it took me a few reads to understand what he said.

Who's bashing him? Not me. And honestly, how can you tell if he's not a native English speaker or not? Even then, this is the English speaking section of the forums, so one would be expected to put together a halfway decent and understandable amalgamation of words. I don't expect proper grammar, it is the internet after all, but at least decent enough so that others don't have to scratch their heads trying to figure it out.
