Debuffs / DoT Timers

Enlarged Debuff Icons
Make debuffs / DOTs that are yours larger than others so you can distinguish between other classes. That way you can quickly determine when your dots have fallen off.

DOT Timer
Give us DOT timers (meter style) can is clearly visible to help with our damage dealing.

Of the two options I like enlarged debuff icons, since it is minimal but a vast improvement over the current system which is keeping track of your own icons.

Second this, yesterday please! Is a nightmare playing healer at times cuz of this :-/

When you cast a DOT or DEBUFF on a mob, the countdown text for your spell is in green. Everybody else's is white. Is that what you're looking for?

also you can aso CTRL+HOME the status effect bar from Normal (default) to BIG or (even SMALL).

It's in a very faint green, yes. I honestly have to stare a second to make sure it's actually green, though that could just be me. Regardless, I definitely can't tell the difference *at a glance,* which is what I'd like to be able to do.

We should have an option to filter our own buffs/debuffs, other mmorgs ive played ive setup a seperate bar purely for this so they are clearly visable

This is true but we need something that stands out more than that. If there are 10+ debuffs on your target it's very hard to find your debuff and when it will expire. It's even more difficult if you have multiple debuffs and they are spaced in between other peoples debuffs. There are several fixes for this. They can take away the timers on all debuffs except for your own. Add an option to only show your debuff, an option to only show parties debuffs. They can change the color from green to something that stands out more like red.

Either way right now it is difficult for many of us to keep track of our debuffs on a target.

With add-ons coming in the future, I don't think SE will do anything about this. However, with the amount of people that don't like/use add-ons, they may make some minor adjustments the the UI.

I just came on to make this same suggestion. The slight colour difference doesn't help much when the list of effects is constantly changing from effects being added and removed. My suggestion was to have our own effects separated or at least placed first on the list so they would be easy to find.

It would be nice. And another idea- self debuffs on the target must always stand in the first position so players no need to look at 3, 5 and 7 debuff in the line
