Playing with Mates Same Server- wait time in our primetime for AK = 1hr.... WTF

This is a joke... we can get maybe 1-2 runs in a night cause we have to wait for an instance to reserve to play in... fix this asap please getting fkn boring watching a clock tick over...

I completely agree that they need to fix it, but you don't have to stare at a clock the entire time. Pick up an alt class, or crafter, anything really, and play that while you wait for the queue. You can even watch videos on your PC while you wait; just make sure you mute all but "System Sounds" (so you hear the pop).

It's all we can do until they fix this..

Yea ive leveled several crafts in the mean time, but thats not the point. I wish to farm tomes so i can get better gear to progress beyond titan HM... not stare at a clock and level a billion alts.

you guys have really lame servers the wait for AK on my server is roughly 15-25mins

Bull. Since Monday I've not had a single queue under 40 minutes. Most are well over an hour even with a premade 4-man group. Midgardsormr is just as bad as the rest.

Maybe it's fast if you don't play during primetime, but many of us don't have that luxury.

The fact is, I spend more time waiting for dungeons that I do clearing them.

This. To craft anything worthwhile, you need to run AK 10-20 times per piece. Having the craft at 50 doesn't help if you can't get the mats because of the queue.

i ran it 3 times after work yesterday and we got in each time under 25mins so don't you go calling bulls on me sir

"After work" is a pretty nondescript time frame there.

So i'm curious how you think SE is suppose to fix this. People can only be sent into a dungeon when there is enough for a full party. If PLAYERS are deciding not to play a tank or a healer, how is that SE's fault? I play a tank, but I'm switching to DPS not because of SE, but due to how other players treat their tanks.

For those of us trying to play from 6PM EST - 11 PM EST, it's a 30 minute minimum wait. Frequently it's closer to an hour.

ok when i get out of work tonight ill stream it for you. but about 5p.m. PST - 10pm PST my queues with a 4 man is never over 30mins

You are a thick one. I'm referencing EST on Monday/Tuesday. You are referencing PST on Wednesday. Sorry, not the same thing.

I know I've never gotten it in less than 30 minutes after resets. Thus far, that is two out of seven nights that I basically spend half of my time waiting for a queue (yes, I can level crafts/alts but that isn't the point).

This is not the problem. The problem is the queues for FULL PARTIES. You can set up a pre made group (full), and you still have to wait about 45 minutes to get in your instance.

Only i dont work night shift it's not my fault you are in the heavy traffic time zone. What i said holds true and you are trying to call BS on my claims, Also if you and your FC are just using AK to farm myth Garuda HM can be ran 6times an HR with almost not queue time and outputs more tomes then AK runs so maybe you and your FC need to look into that.

Do you listen to yourself? in a perfect world yes everything will work perfectly and everyone will just get handed all they want. Only we don't live in a perfect world and this game hasn't even been out for a month now. You want to complain about how things are and you "waste" half your day in queues, well you don't have to play the game. This game isn't by any means polished like the other games that have been out for years, and if you are this frustrated then maybe this game isn't for you.

Also I am not saying everyone needs to change any playstyle I was giving you an alternative to bitching about queue times. Its simple if something isn't being effective and you want it, find something that will give the results you want that will be. Only you don't want to, you are just going to sit back and complain about SE and queue times you are the one that is bull and toxic to this community. Everyone knows SE didnt get adequate server space for the influx of players and the amount of players that are not reaching level 50 and instead of being positive you want to be negative and complain. You dont have to Run AK to get myth tomes you dont have to run AK to get good level 50 gear its your choice to run them under the circumstances.

The DF isnt broken if it was you would never get into anything that has to do with it. Its just like anything how cable internet has peak times where its slower then others because of the amount of traffic being used on it. Maybe you just don't get how it works because you just want things now now now, you sound like Veruca Salt from Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory.

Did I say duty finder was broken? Sorry if I was somehow unclear on this. If my cable speed suddenly dropped during any time, you better believe I'd call my cable company and tell them to get on it. I've done it, and I have many free months of cable as a result. That's how the world works. Don't deliver a good product, get called out on it.

The duty finder sucks. Better? It's partly driven by how railroaded end game content is. Everyone has to do the same crap to move on. It should have been real obvious to everyone involved that there would be a very big bottleneck between AK and Titan HM.

At least I can phrase a sentence right now, did you miss school today?

They need do something. but i doubt they will do it soon.... so lets "waste" our time on the queue to make one instance lol and level gazillions alts ....

its sucks.. we do the instance because is mandatory to farm and want to do something in the game .... it is sad that we are limited because the system cant handle the players ...

playing casual for now ... back when they fix this
