Hey, stupid question but how did you manage to get your list in that order?
heal tank tank heal dps x4?

Do you need to enter the group in specific order or there is a way to re-arrange?

I actually just learned this recently as well. If you open the social window ("O" by default i think) and click on the name you want to move, arrows appear to the bottom left of the window and you can move that player up or down in the list.
