Fantasia

Does only ONE character receives Fantasia (Veteran Awards), or any future too as well?

I think veteran rewards are 1 per character for every character you make, but I don't have any so I can't say for sure.

Could anyone confim?

it would be nice to know if the fantasia potions will be purchasable as well.

Pretty sure its 1 per character and 1 for each new character you make, so yes all your characters get one and when you make a new one they get one too.

I'm not sure how it applies to the Veteran rewards, but the Fantasia they gave all 1.0 players who had trouble remaking their characters has appeared in the mail on every new character I've made since. I don't know if that's unintended or not, but so far that's held true. Given that all the rewards are supposed to apply to every new character you make, it only makes sense that the Veteran Phial would also be included in that.

If you were around for Early Release, you got a phial of Fantasia (this is more related to how the release client didn't communicate with the config files of the character creation benchmark and not the server issues). If you pay for a month's worth of service, you get a phial of Fantasia. Thus far those are the only ways to get a phial of Fantasia.

early release players didnt get a phial. 1.0 people did.

If you're talking about the free makeover, that was in Phase 4 and was enacted before we even logged on for the first time during that phase. The free phial people received was due to how Square had promised we'd be able to use the Character Creation Benchmark data with the Release Client. This didn't happen and we got the Fantasia as compensation.

Every character you make will have a fantasia in the mail.
This is 100% confirmed.

what are you even talking about.

a fantasia potion was delivered to everybody that had a 1.0 account.

any makeovers before phase 4 dont mean shit since those characters dont exist any more. and there werent any free make overs during phase 4 either.


fantasia potions have gone out to 1.0 players and them only. 30 day subs will get one as well. but havent yet unless they used a time card.

Phase 4 was the last phase of the Beta and, barring unforeseen circumstance (that never happened) was going to carry over into the full game. It was at that time that 1.0 players got a free makeover for their characters given the permanence of Phase 4. http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/t...l=1#post991245 The phial of Fantasia that alot of people got, many not 1.0 players, is largely related to how noone could use the saved appearance data from the latest benchmark.
