Since the patch / maintenance apparently my character no longer exists, nor does any of the na servers. For the love of Christ can we please get this crap fixed, it's been weeks now.

At the following time, we will be performing emergency maintenance on North American/European Data Center Worlds. During this period, the Worlds listed below will be unavailable.
- We will be resolving an issue where the server goes down under certain situations, and the players are unable to use the chat feature.
-Adjusting the parameters to countermeasure the server load.
*We will be avoiding peak hours and correspond to each data center.
*Until the maintenance, we will be implement recovery process immediately as a temporary countermeasure.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.

Luckily I finished my trial right as it started kicking people and started the long ride toward queue's and eventual death of the servers.Quote:

I know it is frustrating but everyone rushes to post the OMG you suxz post with out checking news first....would save a ton of cost in blood pressure meds .. -

I tried to log on and was greeted with a lack of NA/EU servers....still the emergency maintenance should be done soon as they are already over-running by 30 minutes.

Working for a financial institution I can tell you that these type of self inflicted bugs have real consequences in the real world and would not be tolerated. People get shit canned all the time for this type of thing.
This is a pay service with unscheduled downtime. These type of things shouldn't be happening with the regularity introduced in its first two weeks or so of existence. -

The LOL was directed towards the fact that after a big maintenance there's another one so lets just deal with it I'm not happy about it believe me.
