Where to level from 29-30+ without doing quests

Yet want to get to 30 archer/bard fast and hopefully to 50 fast .... without getting bored of grinding alot

Isn't grinding just killing mobs without doing any quests or story?

Couerl King FATE near Quarrymill gives pretty good experience, if you're looking for FATE grinding.

Otherwise Haukke Manor gives you some good gear for the Lv30 range, and some pretty good exp - only drawback is it takes longer to complete than FATE grinding, and even longer for duty finder to match you with a team (since you're a DPS) unless you've got a regular raiding group.

Fate grinding in South Shroud!

The hunting log got me to level 33 and I only wanted to go to 30. It's your best friend at this time in game. Also while ure hunting do every fate you come across.

always refer to the hunting log because the areas where the monsters could be found usually have a generous number of fates, and just queue for the appropriate dungeons while u r grinding fates, since dungeons do not get difficult/annoying until brayflox, and haukke manor is good til lvl31 + every run should get you about 1/2 to 2/3 of the bar to level up.

go to the area where the monsters could be found and look for FATEs there. use the hunting log as an immediate reference as to where you could find monsters of a particular level range so you save yourself the trouble of memorising where to look for FATEs.

Why the hell even play if you are going to skip the quests and story? That's like 60 - 70% of the game. If you want to grind then get a free MMO where grinding is the point.
What's the point of even buying the game if you're just going to fricking skip more than half of the content? Might as well throw the game disc to the dogs.

For that level I'm not sure. Once you hit the mid-thirties costa del sol is a good place to fate grind. When you hit the quest gap between 46 and 49 north thanalan is the best place. Can't help much more than that. I did a lot of quests and hunting logs when leveling. Fate grinding drives me nuts.

Edit: If you're not a DPS then dungeons are a good way to level too, especially at low levels. My lv19 conjurer is getting almost a level per dungeon.
