Now my account isn't registered???

I'm a 1.0 CE owner, today I get a 3102 error, I make a post about it. Now when I try and log in it says my account isn't registered...W...T...F...????

Best guess is that your time is up. You need to add another month.

Even without it, I don't think our time is up...

I just checked it, Remaining Days ： 6 days

Now it says "This service account is currently suspended." But no other information. No email, no way to check and see why. Would a GM trying to unlock my character from a 3102 error cause this?

That sounds like a mistake then, you are right. I forgot about the extra 7 days.

And actually, if not accident when fixing your account, perhaps it was instead maybe related to the GIL spammers or the like. Not saying your account was hacked, but if going through the names they flagged the wrong one maybe (I saw someone spamming on one server with the same character name as a legitimate person on another server)......

I haven't even gotten an email saying why there was a suspension though. You would think they would at least do that. I've never had any kind of disciplinary issues in the past.

I have the exact same problem My account was suspended while i was playing, I believe it got hacked by goldspammers last night while i was sleeping because when i logged in this morning I was in Gridania when I logged out in Aleporte. I got the boot looked on my account and it's suspended, pretty sad that goldsapmmers are now screwing legitimate player out of the game, I may get my account back but I only get 1 day off a week and work 12 hour days the rest of them so even loosing half of a day is kind of sucky for me. There is also a new character on my account on a different server so yeah... I was definitly hacked and subsequently banned.

My guess is you were hacked. They're banning gold sellers. They're having security issues they're blaming on third party affiliates. I don't have any evidence to suggest that it isn't a third party affiliate who had a security breach, but, I think square should own their problems and take responsibility for it. They are ultimately responsible for any security issues with their game; they contracted the third party affiliates. Too late now, but, their suggestion is that you shouldn't use the same log in (u/n or p/w) that you do on any site affiliated with SE.

On topic, do you really think you were hacked? Or is it a mistake? I was thinking about it today, and the chat was moving so fast that I almost blacklisted the wrong person. Had to go back into the inn to file the ticket.

That's the hacked error message. It's sad they can't even get their error messages right. You won't even know that your account is banned unless you check it in Mog Station. And SE is wondering why they have so many tickets.
