is the mobile app that Yoshi promised that would be out a week later did it come out??

Pretty sure he said we'd get it around a month after release, the Moonfire Faire is the event we were promised 'about a week after launch'.

Q: When will the smart phone application be released?
A: First, we've decided on the official name for the application - "Libra Eorzea." By logging into the application with the Square Enix Account tied to your service account, you can view all of your character data and other information. You will also be able to research items, equipment levels, find out how items are obtained, how to receive quests, quest levels, and how much experience points you can gain from within the database. Also, the database in the application is linked to the Lodestone database, so you'll be able to write strategy information on the dungeon maps and supplement strategy information.

The application will be available for free. As the application has in-game information, the iOS version will first be released one week after launch, and the Android version will be released roughly one month after that.

Why is it only available on American iTunes store?

It's available in the uk store, I downloaded it on my ipad

Is it really iPhone only? I don't see an iPad version of the app on the store.

Nope. no ipad version you need to download the iPhone version.

Yeah I saw. That sucks but oh well. Still a pretty neat app for free.

Ya pretty neat, shame that items don't give the recipe when looking at it, or not from what I've seen

I was so excited when I first started browsing the app, but quickly found myself disappointed when I realized that soooooo many item entries are useless. "This can't be found ANYWHERE" when it's actually just a crafted or gathered item from DoH/DoL classes. Please add crafting and gathering info into item sources, Square, and show me what recipes each item can be used in. I would appreciate this A LOT! :)

One more thing: Please make the app immune to iPhone's automatic spell checking. I keep having "mythril" get changed to "my thrill", etc., and the number of times that I have to backtrack and undo these corrections is getting awfully annoying.

This isn't the official app. I'm certainly not trusting a 3rd party app with my login details. Thats how accounts get hacked ;)
