I'm not sure that exactly qualifies as new content. But it certainly is nice to see them addressing current issues.

But I will admit when I stand corrected on the patch notes. I guess I missed that. But I have a feeling its not new content by my definition. Just focusing on stability.
Though I did remember reading somewhere (I can't find it now that I need it, of course) That they were suppose to address Character Transfers and other paid services Monday or Tuesday. -
