Loging in error

I try to log in to play and it keeps saying i havnt registered my code which i have... what is going on and why is it that i spent money on a game that i cant even play. ive only gotten to play the beta

Can you give more info? What system are you on? Start errors are you getting?

i have it on ps3. as soon as i go to log in type in my password and all. it says i have not registered and prompts me to restart. says i have to go to PlayStation store to get the digital download. which i have already downloaded when you put the game in the console

can anyone help? info about whats going on?

It tells me No valid Service available to play FF. Tells me to go buy the digital download from PS store and tells me to exit the client.

Did you buy the game new? Have you entered the code from the insert into the ps store? Are cookies on?

yes bought the game new. had the beta played it. got the game. havnt played it since. and yes i have entered in ps store. yes cookies are on

Whats phase did you play in? Have you looked under service accounts on the Ps3 to see if I it's active?

i played like 1 day before it came out. and no i havent where do i go to do that

you put in your early access code. not your registration code. They are different :P early access gave you 4 days, registration gives you 30. What you need to do is go back to check on your order through their third party website that does that, re-enter your info, and grab the registration code from there, and register that code.

If it still doesn't work, I suggest you go under games, saved data utility (PS3), and delete all ffxiv related files. Then go under your downloads list and start the client download then cancel. You do not need to re-download the client. Starting the download and canceling it will refresh your license.

If he purchased the physical copy of the ps3 version the code he entered should have worked.

Btw, you did not play beta. You played early access.

it only has the early access one. ive deleted and reinstalled it.

yes i have put in my 30 day code from the game i bought
