So are daily's really going to come...

The thing most MMO players absolutely hate. The "chore" for wich you must spend 10 minuts everyday just to be on par with the rest or be able to do dungeons (see the current gil issues).

I thought leve's were supposed to "replace" the daily's from other games and i loved them for it! because I am the one incontrol of the pace at wich i do leve's. i don't have to login for 10 minuts just to do them, or do them when im logged in at all. i can just do it at the end of the week and still get the full benefit from them.

please don't reintroduce the hatred i have for daily's by making them required if you want any form of gil. Integrate them with the allowance system instead and let me have control of the pace at wich i decide to do things.

Don't we already have Amdapur keep "dailies" ? How worse can it get exactly. Bring on more ways to get gear and tokens, i hate this stupid 300cap when this is freaking pay2play game and i need the gear to beat the gearcheck bosses.

If the dailies let me earn tokens another way then thats great, i have done AK like 40 times i think. Gaaaah.

Dailies may also throw crafters a bone, those poor poor crafters...

Would be nice to have a separate kind of leves actually. A levequest for exp, levequest for gil.

Don't we already have "daily's"? There are, for example, your Grand Company turn ins which provide leveling exp and seals. Sure, this doesn't benefit your battle classes, but does it have to? You already have dungeons, hunting log, and FATEs that only the battle classes can, and then there's leves for both ... which refresh 6 per day. Almost, as if they were "daily."

I agree level 50 leve quests for ~1-3kgil would be cool.

Would fix a lot of issues. Definitely keen for this option.

You never -have- to do dailies. I like the idea of levequests for gil, but they do need to keep it relatively low enough to stop excessive inflation from happening.

The thing is, as long as it's just money, it's fine.
Wow had dailies to farm EVERY reputation almost. I honestly hope it doesn't end up like that.

I'm sure many players just want enough gil to break even after a day in dungeons, or maybe even to make a little bit of profit so they can actually spend cash on the marketplace. I personally suffer from 2.5-3.5k in repairs from just a handful of dungeons, so with 8 leves per 24hours, 1k each sounds pretty decent, especially when you take into account people still use them for tradecrafts/fieldcrafts.

A good solution would be that once you hit lvl 50 that all the XP you would get from quests and fates, converts into gil. Maybe not a 1:1 rate, but lets say a fate gives you 5000xp, but when youre lvl 50 youll get 50% from the xp in gil, so youll get 2500 gil.

Given how quickly some FATEs get knocked down, and the amount of XP some give (~13k for <1minute in Northern Thalanar), the numbers would have to be incredibly accurate. Two percent, while seemingly small, would still triple your incoming gil flow in such circumstances (~100gil to ~360gil with a 2% XP to Gil ratio). This or gil-generating leves would definitely help combat the decline of gil that sets in after reaching level 50 and hitting end game dungeons.

Maybe instead of doing straight percentage conversions like that, they could do something like: % of Xp you would have gained, but with a type of degrading diminishing return for it so it can't just be farmed.

Hope dailies stack up to 99 like leves, being forced to do them everyday or missing out on a lot of potential rewards isn't fun at all. It's why the leve system was changed to save up to 99, because everyone would log on, and be forced to do leves for 3-4 hours of their day. No one enjoyed it.

Leves are a step up from dailies, maybe they should add GROUP leves that reward very good soulbinding exp as well as gil and maybe some token for some consuambles(unique, not crafted or food) and minions?

Aha, another good idea. I hope they can come up with something along the lines of the suggestions here, instead of the more classic 'daily' system requiring you to grind them out for an hour or two each day.

Yes, group leves.
I hope they bring back the faction leves where you need a group to finish it (like the NM leves or the one leve with the 2 cyclopes with some miles distance between them and only 8 minute time to kill both)
