Error 90000 resolved?

The update helped some, but I am still having problems disconnecting from the server on a constant basis. Is anyone still having these problems?

You're not alone, many people are complaining about this elsewhere, but I think here might be the best place. I'm having the same problem on Goblin server, disconnecting constantly every 30 seconds to 10 minutes. My ISP is green, obviously I can connect here so it's not my modem or router.

It's worth noting that it doesn't seem to be restricted by world either. People from many servers (on the NA side, anyways) are experiencing error 90000 followed closely by a brief error 3102, and occasionally followed by an error 10102. So far nobody has heard anything from the devs regarding this and it's a little disheartening honestly.

Same here on Coeurl. One thing I can count on is being disconnected 10 minutes after logging in. I can't do any instances for fear of being disconnected all the time :(

Had that problem yesterday. I was afraid of running a dungeon but didn't have a problem running haukke today.

same here I was able to play no issues last night but now all day today I get on and not even 5 mins in I get error 9000 then I get the char still logged in wait a few mins. Funny you say u were downloading a game at same time I was all last night too and it never dropped I got 30mb down 5mb up At&t fiber. I even tried to start a download today to see if maybe that would help but its still next to instant kick after 5mins or less. sometimes it lets me back in right away and other times I cannot login for an hour

And another. The other threads for this issue have been locked and placed in the "resolved" section of the boards; that would be incorrect.

When the issue manifests, communication with the server seems to stop. Any characters around you will freeze in place, any mobs will freeze in place. Of course, you can still move around (client-side), and if you're in combat you can continue to cast -- but the mob's HP will not decrease and debuff/DoT icons won't appear, etc.

After 5-10 seconds, one of two things will occur. Either A) Everything will "catch up", with damage numbers appearing everywhere and all action continuing normally, or B) You'll get error 90000 and be DC'd. Essentially, communication between the client and server appears momentarily interrupted, and things either catch up and clear up, or you get booted.

Please address, as leves instantly fail when you get 90000'd (draining one of your attempts), and I'm afraid to set foot in a dungeon like this. The issue first appeared (for me) following the big maintenance on Tuesday. Prior to that (over the weekend, and during the beta) it never occurred.

Usual things like network connectivity on this side have all checked out OK. Connections everywhere else remain up, no packet loss.

Just got about an hour in before it 90000'd me again. This started for me today. I'm starting to think it has something to do with them lifting restrictions on the servers... The problem also seems to be data-center wide, as it's not just 1 or 2 servers, but I'll need to test how long I can last on a JP server to have any level of surety.

I'm having this exact issue, which Kashaar described exquisitely. Like her (him?), this was not an issue prior to the big patch on september 3rd to 4th. I've had no problems playing any other games.

I'd like to add that any action I commit, especially gathering or crafting, seems to serve as a catalyst for these lag spikes.

I've started encountering this issue after they did that duty finder? Maintenance. I 9000'd twice during Garuda Hard. then some more periodically during the night. Much like above I still had Internet & TV, my roommate didn't get 9000'd... so I know it's not my side
it seemed to happen more often then not when I accessed my retainers, as it happened twice in a 10 minute period trying to access them.

I'm having this issue as well same as above. Started happening after the 5 minute Duty Finder maintenance. Just a note, I played for 15 Hours without any break and no dcs. Then they patch and I'm getting disconnected every 5-10 minutes. It's really frustrating because I'm trying to craft and I'm not willing to just toss materials away because of dcs.

I am having the same issue also, keep getting 90000 error after approx 5-10 minutes of gameplay. Please fix.

Ive been hitting this issue since the 5 minute maintenance last night.
