Stuck (dead - unable to release) in Coil Turn 2 for 19+ hours.

Just linking to this thread from the general forums in hopes that someone actually reads it. All details explained over there - we've sent multiple tickets in game (this is the 2nd time this has happened to our guild). We've been unable to play for 19 hours now without a single response from a GM in game (or on the forums).

They need to hold you guys back. So others can catch up!

Seems the devs are on the bug now, they just replied and locked the bug thread saying it's now on high priority. :)

Indeed we finally got a GM response on the forums to inform us that the matter has been escalated for further investigation. (Wasn't there already an investigation after the first incident?)

Now to see how much longer we remain stuck...

if you watch the credits there are about 2 gms and 2 sgms lol
if this were a blizzard game they would have gotten you fixed up in 15 minutes and apologized for taking so long

we got the apology like 100000 times including a 'personal apology from yoshi', but no fix lol..

If the instance is bugged can't they just port you guys out and just lock the place until it's fixed.
This can't be that hard unless the game is very special.

You would think so, but 20 hours later and not a single one of us has even gotten a response in game to verify that they're looking into helping us out. Our bug report thread got a response saying they're "looking into the issue," but it didn't really lead on that they were actually going to personally get us out of the instance.

This is atrocious.

Not sure how the bug works but just tossing some stuff in.
You are just dead on the floor, is it not possible that some one else will enter the instance.
In fact a GM could basically res you and you port out.

Last thing does any of the stuck commands work, actually does ARR got a 'oh f*ck' button.
I know WOW has one that kills you and ports you to the next GY.

No, no one will be entering the instance. No commands work, there's no way to release. There's also no duty finder for Coil of Bahamut, so clicking leave isn't an option. Leaving party isn't possible (and wouldn't do anything, being that we're not in a party anymore after logging out for 2 hours). There's just 8 of us dead on the floor for the last 21 hours, unable to do anything.

And once again, this is the second time this has happened to our guild. The first time only (lol) took 8 hours to fix the issue, and we were assured that measures were put in place to prevent this from happening again in the future. I understand bugs existing in games; that is expected. What I do not understand is how we can go 21 hours without a single response / help.

We followed every instruction given to us by the last GM that fixed the issue (how to ticket the issue, who to contact, what 'words' to use, etc.), and nothing has come of it.

Man, sorry about the luck but being amongst the first to broach that content...well...you are the beta testers.

I will make sure to tip you a toast when I get to that point in a year or so and notice the bug free operations ;)

The devs should test this stuff with their own team or let people test it in the beta.
It's pretty ridiculous and sadly very common.
Though being dead for 20 hours is extreme.

That said games like WOW have this as well though it's more that people find out 'clever use of game mechanics'

i'm dying a little inside every second that goes by...

I have been waiting 1.5 weeks to get my account issues fixed. Kind of forgetting what the game is like.

Sorry for bumping this, but desperation is setting in. Two GM responses to the original bug report thread saying it's being looked into / has been resolved, but that isn't the case. We're now at 30 hours of being stuck dead, unable to release. I'm bumping this just in case someone else happens to see it as our bug report thread was locked. Just trying anything at this point.
