This has been happening to a lot of people since Beta Ph4. As of right now, there is nothing you can do about it and no acknowledgment of the issue by SE despite multiple people putting in multiple help tickets from SE. There is even one thread on this issue where the guy apparently keeps making help tickets and they keep closing them as fixed.
yeah i have posted there just decided to make one of my own because it went from every few hours to every few minutes after the update...
I'm also getting this issue. I could play for about 3-4 days after launch with only 1017 login issue but now I get error 90000 on my server (Marlboro) about every 20-30 minutes. I also experience lag spikes throughout my time logged on since the 90000 started cropping up.

To show that I have a stable internet connection, any insight to this problem would be much appreciated.
Thank you!
i envy your internet speed :(
I have this problem too it boots me constantly, the only thing ive been able to do to fix it is use a vpn. I know its sucks because it cuts your internet connection speed but it keeps me constantly on. Im using speedflux atm. Im trying to find a better one that doesn't cut down the speed so much.
Yep, same here started around two days ago. please help!
pretty same problem here, yesterday was playing almost all day without a single error(except the ones with logging in) but today within 10,15,30, 40 min if i'm lucky - i get this error 90000 and i dont need to explain the pain of logging in back again after that, not talking about the frustration of the error itself. (i checked my internet connection several times and tried some other online games - no lost connections there)
Crasoose i may try WTfast can u explain how to set it up since their is no auto select from their drop down.
Once you have the trial running just auto select Final Fantasy XIV, thats all I did. It gives you an error but just hit OK and launch the game normally. If you see activity in the WTFast window after you launch the game you're good to go.

Just sort by ping after that and select the lowest ping server. Good luck :)
Thank ya got it working and its much better than the free one i was using!
If this is a permanent solution, I know of a free VPN that might help people. It's called Hotspot Shield.
