Is there a way to report people in-game? I'm confused as to what we as players can do to help resolve the issue.

I started a thread on this in the bugs section but the best thing to do is just black list them... You can report them in the game under the systems tab I think it is, but mine didn't work... As other players have advised me you can't really stop them from doing it cause they just change screen names the only thing you can do is black list and not give them business...

Support Desk > Contact Us > Report Harassment is their preferred way that you report this issue.

What he said, much easier to copy paste to support than tabbing out and uploading jpeg etc etc

this is what you all should do^

there was a post by a dev yesterday i believe which gave these instructions to report them in game.

It would be nice if they added a report function to right-click on name in chat.

Having to manually copy / paste it into a harassment complaint is annoying.

i agree you can do this with guild wars 2/ diablo3 so i am shure se can do here

That is really nice and all and I'm certainly willing to, however when I try to there seems to be a bug that prevents me from writing anything into a report. All I can do is stare at the blank report sheet... very frustrating.

They ban thousands of accounts in FFxi for buying & selling, be patient, I'm confident that they will address this, they've just had too many other issues going on.
